Ian is a hospitality industry professional and during his 35-year career has gained an in-depth knowledge of the diverse hospitality and tourism sector, specifically focusing on high end business tourism, corporate and the bespoke events for private individuals. His knowledge is extensive and includes tenure with many of Scotland’s premier heritage, leisure, and sporting venues.

In January 2017 Honeycomb & Co was created and launched as a neighbourhood eatery in May of the same year, with a “made from scratch” philosophy and aimed at friends and families in the Bruntsfield, Merchiston and Morningside neighbourhoods it has become a busy, bustling and thriving enterprise known for its friendly team and great food and drinks.
