The Chair of Court is a key role within the University, responsible for the leadership and effectiveness of the Court and, together with the Court and the Principal, helps shape the University鈥檚 strategic direction and oversee its performance.

The election to appoint a new Chair of the University’s governing body, the University Court, commences on 30 April with voting ending at noon on 7 May.  University staff holding contracts of employment, currently matriculated students, full time ENSA sabbatical officers and University Court members are eligible to vote in the election in line with the  and eligible voters will receive an email with voting instructions when the election commences.
