Nasima Karim
I'm Nasima Karim, a 2024 alumnus with a Master of Science in International Human Resources Management. Based in Tanzania, I have worked across South Asia, Central Asia, the UK, and East Africa, experiences that have shaped me into a global citizen passionate about exploring diverse cultures.
I currently run a consulting company specialising in headhunting, STEM promotion, business development, and educational consultancy. My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to create opportunities that empower individuals and foster sustainable growth.
In my free time, I enjoy yoga, hiking, adventure sports, and networking at collaborative events.
As an Alumni Champion for 麻豆社区 in Tanzania, I proudly support alumni in growing their networks, developing skills, and navigating their careers. I believe in the power of meaningful connections to spark innovation and create opportunities.
