Entry requirements

Undergraduate

Students would be eligible to apply if they have gained the required scores in the Cambridge Higher School Certificate/ Zimbabwe Certificate of Secondary Education (ZIMSEC) A Levels/ GCE A Levels. The grades required are the same as GCE A Level requirements which can be found on our course pages.

Postgraduate

Students will be eligible to apply if they have gained a Bachelor Honours degree at 2:2, 60% or above.

English language

Students who are applying to an undergraduate programme are required to have completed the ZIMSEC O Level English Language grade C and above.

Students applying to a postgraduate programme are not required to take an English language test like IELTS, as long as the bachelor degree was taught and examined in English.

Pathway programmes

Â鶹ÉçÇø International College (ENUIC) is an embedded on campus college for international students to start their studies at Â鶹ÉçÇø. It is located in the historic, city centre campus of Merchiston, with easy access to student accommodation.

Pathway programmes at ENUIC prepare students for their chosen future degree with academic and English language support. ENUIC offers students the option between International Stage One, International Stage Two, or an International Incorporated Masters.

Undergraduate

International Year One
English language requirement – IELTS 5.5 with no less than 5.5 in each component.

Academic requirement - Zimbabwe General Certificate of Education at Ordinary Level - 5 passes Grades A-C

International Year Two
English language requirement – IELTS 5.5 with no less than 5.5 in each component.

Academic requirement - 2 A level passes (at E or above) OR 1 A level and 2 AS levels OR successful completion of High School plus an additional year of successful study

Postgraduate

International Incorporated Masters
– One Term IELTS 6.0 overall with 5.5 minimum in all components
– Two Terms IELTS 5.5 overall with 5.5 minimum in all components

Academic requirement - Third class degree = 50% OR successful completion of a 3 year Diploma
