Biography

Dr. Nader Seyedkalali is a Lecturer in Business Management (Strategy) at the Business School, 麻豆社区, where he leads the MSc in International Business Management and is a member of the Centre for Business Innovation and Sustainable Solutions (CBISS). His research focuses on Strategic Management and its intersections with International Business and Corporate Sustainability, with a particular emphasis on SMEs. He investigates how organizations develop dynamic capabilities, manage strategic paradoxes, and pursue resilience, internationalization, and sustainable business model innovation in response to digital transformation and institutional complexity.

Dr. Seyedkalali has extensive experience in academia and industry consulting, collaborating with C-level executives across the public sector, banking, telecommunications, and diversified business groups. He has contributed to the development of strategic plans and implementation frameworks across industries.

He was a tenured Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Institute for Humanities and Cultural Studies (IHCS), where he also founded and directed the Centre for Innovation and Technology Studies. He has also served as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cologne in Germany and as a Visiting Professor at the University of Tehran, where he regularly taught strategy and organization modules. Throughout his academic career, he has supervised PhD and master鈥檚 students, mentoring them in producing industry-relevant research.

Dr. Seyedkalali has co-founded and chaired major academic and industry-focused events in Tehran, including the International Conferences on Strategic Management, the Business Analysis and Analytics Conference, and the National Strategy Award for Iranian Companies. These prominent events, drawing hundreds of professionals from academia and industry, fostered collaboration and the exchange of impactful ideas.

Outside academia and consulting, Dr. Seyedkalali is a bibliophile, deeply engaged with world literature. He values books and the conversations they inspire, enriching both his personal and professional life.
